This is exactly the weekend I’m having. Down to the birthday party. Good times.
Stay+ - Fever. If you like it, check out Dandelion.
So I bought myself one of
these little headphone cord thingys, to combat the fact that when I put my earbuds in my bag, they inevitably end up tangled, knotted and generally a pain-in-the-ass to sort out when I want to use them again.
I have to say though, I’m not finding this much of an improvement. It probably takes me about the same time to unwind the headphones from this little contraption that it used to take me to untangle them.
Enter: the spool!![]()
Not only does this look easier to unwind, but also.. look! It’s a spool!
Found at design studio The Other Edge, I’ll be hoping one of these appears in the stocking this Christmas..
1) The fact that an electron has no known size — it’s smaller than the smallest measurement we have ever made of anything.
2) That Quarks come only in pairs: If you try to separate two of them, the energy you sink into the system to accomplish this feat is exactly the energy to spontaneously create two more quarks - one to partner with each of those you pulled apart.
3) That the space-time structure inside a rotating black hole does not preclude the existence of an entire other universe.
